At sherryys.com, customer satisfaction is always our top priority. We have strict quality assurance before each product is shipped, we offer Free Exchange if the item doesn't fit you well (we cover all the fees). I. Exchange & Return Process
If you had any problem after you have received your item, please send email to our customer service: email@example.com, once we have the complaint form back or the details, we will reply you within 1-3 working days. All processes are confirmed by our customer service.
To guarantee a fast and smooth warranty process:
1. Please send us your order number and describe the issue and provide us photos or videos that display the problem.
2. Please do not make returns directly to the address on the package received. Please only send to the address that our customer service provided. Any return or exchange will be processed when it is accepted by our customer service center.
II. Exchange & Return Policy
1. You can have a return or free exchange within 30 days after delivery.
2. Items should not be worn out or washed and the label should be attached.
3. We are fully or partially responsible for all following faulty items and shipping charges:
a) Damaged item(zipper malfunction, ripped or torn, obvious color difference);
b) Incorrect size or wrong item that caused by us;
c) Missing items or lost package owing to Logistics company.
4. We are not responsible for following item, the customer is responsible for all shipping charges incurred on returned merchandise:
a) Buyer chose the wrong size or color;
b) Buyer doesn't like the item (item is not faulty).
III. Exchange & Refund
For free exchanged packages, we will resend you the new package within 72 hours after the customer service team confirmed your exchange. All further cost and fees would be covered by us.
For returned packages, we will notify you via e-mail and the refund will be processed within 72 hours to your original card or Paypal account after package have received by our warehouse. We will also notify you by e-mail after refund have completed.
Ⅳ. Package Returned
1. Please let us know the tracking number and carrier website after you have shipped out the package.
